Frankie has a been a member since 2016, leading fights for tax equity, rent stabilization, and serving on the Metro DC chapter steering committee, and has also served as chair of both the Montgomery County and Prince George's County Branches.

Progressive Maryland. 

Frankie is an alum of Progressive Maryland's visionary Maryland People's Leadership Institute (MPLI) candidate training program and has attended multiple trainings and conference with PMD and its parent organization People's Action.

United Food & Commerical Workers (UFCW) Local 1994 - MCGEO. 

Frankie worked as a Field Representative and Organizer, representing over 800 public sector employees including in public safety, permitting services, and environmental services.

CASA In Action. 

Frankie has partnered in coalition with CASA in Action on numerous campaigns to support pro-immigrant and pro-working class candidates since 2018. Frankie is honored to have the support of CASA In Action's over 173,000 members.
